Built for Mews and Apaleo properties
Revenue management that runs itself.
Nexus RMS sits on top of your PMS, watches reservation activity, and moves room rates up on pickup and back down on cancellations — automatically, inside the bounds you set. Configure it once; no daily manual work.
Connect over OAuth in a few clicks. Room types and rate plans import themselves.

Product
Everything you need to price a property — and nothing you have to babysit.
Pickup and cancellation automation
Rates move up as rooms sell and back down when bookings cancel. Reversals are tracked per night, so a cancellation undoes exactly the bump it caused.
Bounds you control
Set a floor and ceiling per room group and per day of week. Automation never prices outside them, however strong the pickup.
Rate trees
Build a base rate plus as many derived rates as you need — percentage or fixed difference — and apply them across room types in one step.
Seasons and special days
Mark conferences, local events, and seasons on the calendar with their own pickup and cancellation behaviour, or override a single night by hand.
Competitor rates
Connect Lighthouse to pull your comp set alongside your own pricing — lowest or best-flexible — so every decision has the market next to it.
A full change log
Every price change is recorded with what moved it and when. Inline edits on the pricing grid sit alongside automated changes in the same history.
How it works
Live in an afternoon.
- 1
Connect your PMS
Approve Nexus RMS on your provider’s own consent screen. Every property you grant access to appears as a connected card, and its room types and rate plans import straight away — there is no separate import step.
- 2
Set the rules once
Group room types under a shared base rate, build out your rate tree, then set the bounds and multipliers each group should respect. Mark your seasons and special days on the calendar.
- 3
Let it run
Automation runs continuously in the background — nothing has to stay open for prices to move. The pricing grid stays there for the one-off calls you still want to make yourself.
Integrations
It plugs into the stack you already run.
Property management
Mews
Two-way sync of room types, rate plans, availability, and reservations, with pricing pushed back as it changes.
Property management
Apaleo
OAuth connect with scoped permissions — read setup, rates, availability and reservations; manage the rate plans Nexus RMS owns.
Market intelligence
Lighthouse
Comp-set rates pulled per room type and date, so market movement sits beside your own pricing.
Connections are made over OAuth where the provider supports it, and access tokens are stored encrypted. Disconnect at any time — your configuration and pricing history stay put.
See it against your own numbers.
We'll connect a sandbox property, set up your room groups, and walk through what automation would have done to last month's pickup.
